You play the role of a Savior Virus, which is intentionally injected into Covid-19 patients to fight and kill Corona Viruses. Your goal is to be the biggest nose virus. If your nose touches and kills corona viruses, your nose will burst and you will have another spot. But if other viruses get into you, you'll be defeated and the game is over.
